You can record every detail or the incident and any investigations. Incidents can be scoped to identify which divisions of the organisation were responsible. You can link who was involved, who witnessed the event, who was injured, what equipment or chemicals were involved, any costs involved, the hazards involved etc. Actions against the incident can be set up and delegated to the appropriate persons. Rehabilitation for any injured persons can be recorded and tracked.
You can record lost time statistics and what failure(s) led to the occurrence.
