DEPLOYMENT OPTIONS
In-house –
For larger organisations SafeTsmart can be customised to fit your specific requirements and implemented in-house and integrated with your HR and Payroll system, should you wish to do so. This gives you total control to manage the system as you wish. You purchase the licence and operate the solution in your own IT environment.
Software as a service –
Small or larger organisations that don’t have in-house IT capability. Simply connect to SafeTsmart via the internet to a remotely hosted service and pay for the solution on a monthly subscription basis.
Appliance option –
For smaller organisations that do not have the IT capability but want to manage health & safety in -house. We supply an appliance to run SafeTsmart so it eliminates the cost of owning or maintaining a server.
Managed Service (Full service desk) –
For organisations that don’t have the necessary in-house resource or time to provide health and safety administrative services through SafeTsmart our service desk can manage the system for you for a monthly fee. We will work with you to ensure you achieve the necessary Health & Safety Act compliance and provide support in the event of an accident.
Reports or requests for information are only a phone call away. Clients report that this takes a lot of the worry away from them and they receive regular reminders for any compliance issues they need to address.
