Because SafeTsmart has a direct link between the claims management module and the incident, it provides a full audit trail from time of incident through to resolution. Using clear workflows, emails can be generated directly from SafeTsmart for claim reviews and claim approvals. The workflow feature fully supports the claims management process by notifying scheduled reviews and allowing complete control over the process.

The claims management module has been developed to interface directly with state and government accident organisations and is complaint with their claims administration systems. Claims can be uploaded and downloaded automatically and management information such as costs, claim status, rehabilitant programmes and providers recorded. The claims management system can be easily customised to incorporate specific State and Government accident cover rules which are useful in preventing errors from being created on data entry.

Because SafeTsmart is fully ACC and NSW WorkCover compliant and has been approved for both uploading and downloading information it is easy to migrate claims history from NSW WorkCover into the system.
